With the closing of school for the rest of year, I regret to inform you that the trip has also been cancelled.
I will be working with our tour company to get as much money refunded to us as possible, plus we will have the insurance to work with.
This will not be a fast process as many of the vendors for our trip are not working or available. Once we find out what money the tour company can refund directly, then we will submit a group insurance claim to try to cover the rest. We won't how much we are getting or how it will be refunded until the process plays out.
Again, I ask for patience in this process. As we know something, so will you.
