Service

Requirement: 30 hours of community service

• 1st Semester Audit will be held on the last day of the 1st semester
• 2nd Semester Audit will be held on the last day of senior finals
  Remember, hours served for another club cannot be used for NHS hours.
  
  

Service Verification Forms: Google form will be shared in the NHS Remind group

Please submit your service forms promptly after completion of each service opportunity.  Do not wait until the end of the semester to submit hours.
